For customization and hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For Product Defect: In the event that customer experiences loss due to product defect, item(s) may be repaired or replaced free of charge within 14 days of order delivery.
For Incorrect Sizing: In the event that product is too large due to incorrect sizing, item(s) may be repaired free of charge within 14 days of order receipt. If product is too small, item(s) may be repaired or replaced at an additional charge for time and materials or replacement inventory.
We strive to offer the highest customer service. In the event that item cannot be repaired or replaced with another item of equal value to customer's satisfaction, customer will be issued a full refund to the original method of payment used within 5-10 business days.
